Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipment to NYC metro area clients
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts (training provided)
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse conditions through regular cleaning and safety checks
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid NY driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
