Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise inventory from delivery trucks during overnight shifts
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper FIFO procedures
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and merchandising equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team leads for stocking priorities
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM daily
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
