Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and packaging standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Reporting: Assist with cycle counts and inventory reports as directed by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, specifically 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
