Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Packing and Sorting: Accurately sort, pack, and label packages for distribution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
