As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on a safety-first culture and a supportive work environment that values flexibility and dedication.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Assist in packing orders for shipping with precision and care.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
