Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick & Pack: Fulfill customer orders accurately, ensuring high-quality packaging standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in the accurate counting and organization of stock within the warehouse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
