Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certified preferred), and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
