Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Receive and verify incoming inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain organized storage areas and follow safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation to our eastside facility
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain paid training)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
