Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision to minimize errors.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or nights if required.
