Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile payment platforms
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Operate point-of-sale equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all customer-facing areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Participate in brief daily team huddles and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Flexible availability during weekday mornings/afternoons (10am-6pm)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hour shifts
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
