Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding our services.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Operate standard office equipment and utilize CRM software.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Support inventory management and supply chain logistics tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
