Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry, file organization, and maintain digital records.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports and presentations.
- Ensure the reception area and common workspaces are clean and organized.
- Support the weekend team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
