Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences at resort front desks and event spaces
- Assist with social media content creation and local tourism promotionsCoordinate student group check-ins and resort activities
- Conduct property tours and highlight resort amenities
- Collect and report guest feedback for service improvements
- Collaborate with marketing team on student-targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in any accredited college or university
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Reliable transportation to resort locations
