Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event registration/check-in stations with provided equipment
- Operate audio/visual systems and lighting as needed
- Manage guest flow and enforce venue protocols
- Distribute and collect event materials (badges, programs, surveys)
- Assist with emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
- Coordinate with venue staff and event coordinators
- Break down equipment and secure venue post-event
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Basic technical aptitude for equipment operation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
