Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks following precise recipes
- Engage warmly with customers, remembering preferences and suggesting new offerings
- Maintain immaculate café cleanliness, including equipment and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility with availability, including evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
