Responsibilities
- Provide personalized academic guidance to students via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Develop and deliver engaging student workshops on career readiness and study skills
- Collaborate with university partners to coordinate campus outreach events
- Maintain detailed student records in our CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Track program metrics and compile monthly impact reports
- Support social media campaigns targeting student audiences
- Assist with virtual orientation sessions for new students
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Pennsylvania college/university (or recent graduate)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 15-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with customer service or peer mentoring preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional campus visits
- Passion for education and student advocacy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
