Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with circulation services, including check-ins, check-outs, and renewals
- Provide expert reference support for research, digital resources, and technology troubleshooting
- Organize and maintain library collections with precise shelving and inventory management
- Facilitate engaging programs and workshops for diverse community groups
- Manage library spaces ensuring cleanliness, safety, and accessibility
- Support interlibrary loan systems and database maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; library science coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in public-facing roles
- Proficiency with integrated library systems (ILS) and digital tools
