Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless food and beverage delivery
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments efficiently
- Manage section rotations during peak hours with poise under pressure
- Uphold strict health and safety standards in all service areas

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast systems preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid DC Food Handler's License
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hour shifts)
