Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and beverage offerings
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on timing and order accuracy
- Uphold cleanliness standards in dining and service areas
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
- Actively upsell specials and high-margin items
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- CA Food Handler Card (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset essential
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Knowledge of craft beer/wine preferred
