Responsibilities

- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Manage table sections efficiently during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Support team during special events and catering functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine and beverage culture a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and guest service aptitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
