Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service while maintaining knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our digital POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Manage table turnover and maintain immaculate dining station cleanliness
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawer shifts
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and daily inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and tip calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
