- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd management at Arlington's premier events
- Coordinate venue setup, equipment distribution, and safety protocols
- Execute registration/check-in procedures for attendees and VIP guests
- Assist with emergency response and incident resolution as needed
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Report operational insights and guest feedback to management
Qualifications
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and safety procedures
