Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with wine knowledge and menu expertise
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless kitchen-to-table coordination
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and table presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items
- Participate in opening/closing duties and inventory checks
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- CA Food Handler Card required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-energy environments
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer pairings
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Basic POS system proficiency
