Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master 50+ menu items and wine pairings through ongoing training
- Process orders accurately via POS system with 98% accuracy
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rush hours
- Maintain spotless dining stations and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with positive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant experience
- CA Food Handler & Alcohol Service certifications required
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with lifting up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication in English; Spanish a plus
- Flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Knowledge of local food scene preferred
