Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Accurately process orders and payments through our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
- Maintain pristine dining areas and ensure sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and service protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- TAMs/ServSafe certification a plus
