Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, seating, and staging equipment
- Manage guest check-in, ticket scanning, and attendee flow control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members for seamless operations
- Conduct post-event cleanup and equipment inventory management
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all assignments
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (minimum 15 hours/week)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and outdoor settings
- Previous event/concert/festival experience a plus but not required
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccination proof may be required for certain events
