Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Share coffee knowledge and engage customers about our products
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with punctual attendance and flexible availability
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Team player with positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
