Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately via POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to daily opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Availability for evenings/weekends (Thu-Sun)
- Knowledge of PNW cuisine and local wines preferred
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
