Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in, ticket scanning, and credential verification at venue entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and equipment setup/breakdown
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior event experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Durham/RTP
