Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with extensive menu knowledge
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Upsell signature dishes and seasonal specials
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team during peak rush periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- TABC certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Passion for hospitality and local Austin culture
- Food Handler's Certificate required
