Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal ingredients and wine pairings
- Process orders efficiently using our iPad POS system while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage table turnover and maintain pristine dining standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Contribute to daily prep and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant server experience
- Colorado alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Passion for local food culture and guest engagement
