Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order execution
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Safety Handler Certification a plus
