Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Present menus and offer knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with grace.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and dining areas throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail menus is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A valid Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
