Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Manage table cleanliness and maintain a pristine dining environment
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, and support staff during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine pairings and menu items
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
