Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, professional hospitality
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Manage table rotations and timing for optimal guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties and deep cleaning protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience required
- Philadelphia Food Handler's certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure service environments
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer/spirits and allergen protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience preferred)
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
