Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through POS system while maintaining financial integrity
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak service hours
- Ensure immaculate table maintenance throughout guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and liquor service regulations
- Contribute to positive team culture during high-volume shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale server experience
- CA Alcohol Server Certification (current or obtainable)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work weekends/holidays and stand 6+ hour shifts
- Basic POS proficiency and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of wine/beer fundamentals preferred
