Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining accurate order details
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery
- Process payments efficiently and maintain a clean, organized station
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and table maintenance
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- Must obtain Texas Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask under pressure
- Knowledge of wine pairings and craft beer preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hour shifts)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order modifications
- TAMs or Aloha POS experience strongly preferred
