Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Manage guest orders, dietary restrictions, and special requests
- Process POS transactions accurately and reconcile cash drawers
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar during peak hours
- Contribute to positive team culture during daily pre-shift meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant experience
- MA Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience preferred)
