Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome diners warmly, manage wait times efficiently, and ensure a smooth seating process.
- Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve with Precision: Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Upsell & Suggest: Knowledgeably suggest appetizers, desserts, and premium drinks to enhance the guest experience.
- Guest Relations: Address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your station clean, clear dirty dishes, and ensure the dining area is pristine at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous server experience preferred; we are happy to train enthusiastic candidates with strong character.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays, and move around the restaurant floor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
