Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, professional hospitality
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Manage station cleanliness and maintain impeccable dining standards
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitizing
- Build rapport with guests to ensure repeat business and positive reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience required
- Baltimore City alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer/cocktail service preferred
