Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Take accurate food/beverage orders and communicate to kitchen/bar
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Deliver food/beverages with impeccable timing and presentation
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling
- Maintain spotless dining areas and restock supplies
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (training provided)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payments
