Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with prompt attention to guest needs
- Accurately process orders using our POS system and manage payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless meal execution
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and table setup standards
- Expertly describe menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service (if applicable)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid NC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
