Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with beverage refills, order accuracy, and timely course delivery
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining financial accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine dining area standards through table clearing and resetting
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and food pairings preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak service hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available evenings and weekends (Thu-Sun shifts)
- Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs)
