Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables per shift
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Ensure immaculate table maintenance throughout shifts
- Upsell specialty menu items and beverages
- Manage opening/closing side duties efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience required
- PA Alcohol Certification (RAMP) mandatory
- Ability to stand 8+ hours with frequent movement
- Exceptional multitasking and memorization skills
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Basic POS proficiency
- Reliable transportation for varied shifts
