Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately enter orders into POS system and manage payment processing
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain clean, sanitized tables and dining area standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in opening/closing duties and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Texas Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
