Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables per shift
- Expertly present and explain seasonal menu offerings
- Process orders accurately using POS system
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings a plus
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- Ability to multitask during peak hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler Certification required
