Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Execute accurate order entry and payment processing
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and training
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Knowledgeable of wine/beer/spirits and service standards
- Ability to stand 6-8 hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Must pass background check
