Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Present menu knowledge and upsell specialties to enhance guest experience
- Monitor tables for satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, and support staff for seamless service
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to stand 6+ hours per shift
