- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining perfect table presentation
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings with detailed product knowledge
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system with speed and precision
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams during peak rushes
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer protocols
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with exceptional problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine-dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- TAMSA/ServSafe certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Impeccable communication and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer service and proper pouring techniques
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs consistently
