Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS systems while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours for seamless operations
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure positive dining experiences
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- CA Food Handler certification required (training provided)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine regions, and dietary restrictions
- Professional appearance and polished guest service demeanor
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in fast-paced environment
